The Finnish Posti Group is accelerating its digital transformation with Tietoevry by implementing SAP S/4HANA on public cloud. The companies have signed a three-year contract covering Posti Group’s SAP S/4HANA implementations on Microsoft Azure, which will bring scalability and flexibility to Posti’s core business areas.
“We are excited to be selected as Posti’s transformation partner to modernize its current financial technology platform. Under the contract, we will provide a new standardized Finance ERP for all Posti Group companies, with increased automation for financial processes,” says Tiia Kokko, Head of SAP at Tietoevry.
The cooperation supports Posti’s target of consolidating ERP architecture. It’s also aimed at improving the company’s financial and management accounting capability. The project will be deployed in phases based on Posti’s business priorities.
“The core of Posti’s growth is in parcels and logistics services in Finland, Sweden and the Baltics. The S/4HANA deployment will add operational agility and improve many critical capabilities within Finance. We chose Tietoevry for their knowledge and experience in implementing SAP financial solutions,” says Tiina Kattilakoski, Director Service Center & Finance Development from Posti.
