The challenge
The customer developed a common Android Automotive OS-based infotainment platform for several OEMs within the Geely group. A big part of this task was to ramp up the right competence related to Android audio expertise to achieve the top-notch audio experience expected from the platform.
The customer searched for a reliable supplier with hands-on expertise related to Android development, including audio architecture, 3rd party solution integration, and Android quality assurance. The customer expected to have a self-organized team of experts, including a Scrum Master/Project Manager role, to work closely with the customer’s teams to deliver all requested features within a tight SOP deadline.
The solution
